A desire to progress
In 2022, Plastobreiz was awarded the EcoVadis bronze medal, with an overall score of 47/100, placing us in the top 26% of the companies in our sector. This approach translates our resolve as an SME to progress in our responsibility towards our various stakeholders. Ecovadis is the world reference in the assessment of company CSR performance. Its rating methods are based on international sustainability standards and cover 21 criteria and 4 large themes: Environment – Social & Human Rights – Ethics – Responsible Buying.
What is the EcoVadis label?
EcoVadis is the world reference in the assessment of company CSR performance The methodology is based on an international sustainability management platform that evaluates and tracks the CSR performance of companies wishing to engage in this approach, based on concrete evidence. This reduces risks, improving the their overall performance, as well as their social and environmental impact. The rating based on 21 criteria provides a report on the CSR practices in a single branch of industry based on four themes:
- Environment
- Social & Human Rights
- Ethics
- Responsible buying
These key factors are part of our business processes and are real performance and innovation levers creating a dynamic with our various stakeholders.
The EcoVadis rating positions our approach in our branch of industry and every year it establishes the areas of improvement related to priority actions across the four themes. Aware of the efforts that we must make, we are aiming for the silver medal in 2023.
