Motivated by the enthusiasm and positive feedback from the first edition, but also by the desire to create more links between the different departments, we are starting this last week of March with the internal animation "Discover my Job".
• "Discover my job", what is it?
For half a day, Plastobreiz offers its volunteer team members the opportunity to meet a colleague to find out about their job and their missions, the necessary business skills but also the qualities required for their position.
• What are the objectives of this internal animation?
This is a virtuous voluntary approach that is part of the social pillar of our CSR approach with the following objectives :
In other words, the overall objective is to make team members "grow" through mutual enrichment that is intended to be benevolent and exciting.
